Materials
Yarn: Wool and the Gang Crazy Sexy Wool super bulky single-ply yarn (80m/87yds/200g per skein); Green/Orange Scarf: 4 colors; Blue Scarf: 3 colors. See available colors here.
Hook: 15.0 mm (For this hook size, the typical letter given for hook sizes is inconsistent. Look for a hook that gives the size in millimeters.)

Pattern Info
Gauge: 4 rows and 6 sts/chs reps = 4 inches in stitch pattern
Finished Dimensions: Before adding fringe, scarf is approximately 80” long and 7” wide. Scarf will stretch after wearing. Fringe adds 4” to each end.

Both scarves are made with the same stitch pattern. Only cut yarn where indicated.

Stitch Pattern
Row 1: Ch 11, sc in second ch from hook and in each st across. (10 sc)
Row 2: Ch 1, turn, sc in first st, [ch 1, sk st, sc in next st] rep to last st, sc in last st. (10 sts/chs)
Row 3: Ch 1, turn, sc in first st, [ch 1, sk st, sc in next ch-1-sp] rep to last st, sc in last st. (10 sts/chs)
Pattern
Green/Orange Scarf:
With green, follow stitch pattern through row 3, then rep row 3 twenty-two times. Cut green.
Switch to olive, rep row 3 twenty-five times. Cut olive.
Switch to cinnamon, rep row 3 twenty-five times. Cut cinnamon.
Switch to tangerine, rep row 3 twenty-five times. Cut tangerine.
Blue Scarf:
Do not cut yarn, carry yarn along edges keeping tension snug along edge of scarf.
With mint, follow stitch pattern through row 2.
With lagoon green, rep row 3.
With navy, rep row 3.
With mint, rep row 3.
Continue in established stitch and color pattern until scarf equals 100 rows (or desired length).
Fringe:
Green/Orange Scarf – attach 4” fringe in alternating colors.
Blue Scarf – Attach 6” fringe to corners with 2 strands of each color.

I finished my scarf. I used two 12″ strands for the fringe. It measures 6″ x 67″.

Row 2 and Row 3 is there a sc in each of the last 2 sts?

Yes – there’s 2 sc at the end of each row.

Row 2 – “sc in next” does this mean into the first sc or into the second sc?

Not testing b/c I don’t have yarn, but you might want to put what weight the yarn is so if someone wants to make but doesn’t have that yarn.
