Both hats are made with bulky yarn and a big hook – you’ll be surprised how quickly your project works up. Come have fun and leave with a hat on your head!

About this Event

Come learn how to make washcloths and a spa basket just in time for the gift-giving season!

Crocheted washcloths made with cotton yarn are the best and are a favorite for many people. The spa basket is versatile and makes a great gift! You can add leather handles and a tag that says “Handmade” if you wish.

No crochet experience necessary. All supplies included.

Class is held on two evenings: December 3 & 10 from 4:30 – 7:30 pm. Come after work or come early. The coffee shop closes at 8pm so we need to be out of there before then. You’ll need about 2.5 hours to complete your project (one project on each evening: Dec 3 Washcloths; Dec 10 Spa Basket).

Washcloth details: You will begin and end one washcloth in class, start your second to finish at home and get yarn to start and finish your third! This is a great project to practice working in rows, learning a basic stitch, getting more practice on a stitch you already know, or learning a new stitch. You need about 2 hours to get your first wash cloth finished.

And you have the perfect gift for anyone on your holiday list! The spa basket is versatile and makes a great gift. You can add leather handles and a tag that says “Handmade” if you wish.
