Materials

Yarn: Grey yarn – Blue Sky Fibers Bulky 50% alpaca / 50% wool, 100g / 45yds / 41m per skein; one skein in Grey Wolf (all sizes)

Blue/grey yarn – Wool and the Gang Crazy Sexy Wool (80m/87yds/200g per skein); one skein in Eagle Grey (all sizes)

Hook: 15.0 mm (For this hook size, the typical letter given for hook sizes is inconsistent. Look for a hook that gives the size in millimeters.)

Pattern info

Gauge: 7 rows and 5 sts = 4” in blo sc

Pattern Sizes: Adult, Child, Baby

Abbreviations

blo – back loop only

ch— chain

sc— single crochet

sl st— slip stitch

Pattern Notes

Worked in the round. Work first rnd of stitches in first chain made and over tail of yarn then tighten when work is finished. Remaining rnds are not connected; but worked in a spiral. Use a stitch marker if needed to keep track of rnds. Since this yarn requires a large hook, moving up a hook size to adjust for gauge may not be an option. Instead, repeat round 3 until desired number of stitches is met.
