Notes:

Wing Base is worked in even rows. The angle of the Wing Tip is formed by skipping stitches at the beginning or end of a row.
Chain-3 at beginning of a row counts as first double crochet throughout unless otherwise stated.
To change color, work last stitch of old color to last yarn over. Yarn over with new color and draw through all loops on hook to complete stitch. Proceed with new color. Cut old color unless instructed to drop to wrong side until next needed.
Weave in ends as work progresses.

Special Stitch:

dc2tog = [Yo, insert hook in next st, yo and pull up loop, yo, draw through 2 loops] twice, yarn over, draw through all 3 loops on hook.
